Incorporated with the Virginia State Corporation Commission on October 26, 1954, as 'American Legion Post Number 310 Home, Incorporated.'. Reported 35 members to the Department in June 2026. Members are wartime veterans who support fellow veterans and their families, run youth and Americanism programs, and take part in community service.
