Appomattox club of Lions Clubs International, part of Virginia District 24-I. Chartered in 1939. Provides eyeglasses to qualifying residents through Social Services and performs vision screening for students at the county's schools. Members raise funds for sight and hearing care and carry out service projects in their community.

Schedule: 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM at the Railyard Restaurant, Appomattox, VA.
