Battery Park Civic Association

A civic association serving Richmond's Battery Park neighborhood on the Northside, bordered by Brookland Park Boulevard, Chamberlayne Avenue, Wickham Street, and North Avenue. Partners with Friends of Battery Park on maintaining the neighborhood park's playground, pool, and courts.
