Bellevue Merchants Association

A merchant association for businesses along Bellevue and MacArthur Avenues in Richmond's Bellevue neighborhood. Co-sponsors community events with the Bellevue Civic Association, including Christmas on MacArthur (benefiting Toys for Tots), National Night Out, and the Bellevue Garden Walk.
