Ruritan club serving Bolar in Highland County. Chartered in 1954. Along with the Blue Grass and Stonewall clubs, runs pancake breakfasts during the Highland County Maple Festival. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
