Bristol club of Lions Clubs International, part of Virginia District 24-C. Chartered in 1924. Chartered October 29, 1924 as the 7th Lions club formed in Virginia; helped establish the Bristol Evening Lions Club and the Damascus Lions Club. Past member Joseph "Uncle Joe" Lawson served as a Lions International Director. Members raise funds for sight and hearing care and carry out service projects in their community.
