Brookneal Woman's Club, Member of GFWC

Woman's club serving Brookneal in Campbell County. Chartered in 1949. Hosts an annual community Thanksgiving service every November at a local church, with music and speakers, and awards a scholarship each year to a graduating high school senior. The General Federation of Women's Clubs is a volunteer service organization founded in 1890, and GFWC Virginia federates its clubs across eight districts of the Commonwealth.
Meeting information
Schedule: Third Monday of the month in September, October, January, February, March, and April. December is usually a club outing; the final May meeting of the club year is a meal at a special venue.
