Carrollton Ruritan Club

Ruritan club serving Carrollton in Isle of Wight County. Has adopted a stretch of Brewer's Neck Blvd (US 258 & Rt 32) for semi-annual roadside cleanups, holds an annual fall fish fry, and gives to Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia; also runs a scholarship program (per Smithfield Times coverage). Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
