Chesapeake Leads

A citywide coalition of Chesapeake civic leagues, which works to help member leagues rebuild interest in their neighborhoods and speaks for them together. Membership costs fifty dollars a year and is open to civic leagues across the city. Chesapeake's civic leagues are the city's recognized neighborhood organizations.
