Chilhowie club of Lions Clubs International, part of Virginia District 24-C. Provides free vision and hearing screenings at community health fairs and clinics, and helps qualified local residents obtain eyeglasses or fund eye care appointments. Members raise funds for sight and hearing care and carry out service projects in their community.
