Mathews chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, part of District II of the Virginia state society. Organized in 1923. Named for the 1776 Battle of Cricket Hill in Mathews County. The chapter serves its community through historic preservation, education, and patriotic work.

Schedule: Third Friday of each month, September through May
How to join
Membership is open to women 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Membership details are on the chapter website.
