Fairfax Resolves Chapter, SAR

Fairfax chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, part of the Virginia Society. Organized in 1979. Named for the July 1774 Fairfax Resolves opposing Parliament's authority. Reenacts the Fairfax Resolves signing at Pohick Church. Members preserve Revolutionary history through grave markings, color guard ceremonies, and youth awards.

Schedule: Monthly meetings January through May and September through December
How to join
Membership is open to men 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Details are on the website.
