Fairlington Citizens Association

Neighborhood civic association for Fairlington, in Arlington County. Founded in 1977. Every resident and every non-resident owner is a member, and there are no dues. The neighborhood's covenants sit with its separate condominium boards. Part of Fairlington lies across the line in the City of Alexandria, and the association covers that too.
