Farmington Civic Association

The civic association for Farmington, a Hampton neighborhood of more than 477 homes across seventeen sections that began building in the early 1960s. Founded in 1990, it publishes a quarterly newsletter and holds general membership meetings for residents. The city places it in Neighborhood District 1. The association states plainly that it is voluntary and separate from the neighborhood's recorded property covenants.
