Floyd Courthouse Chapter, NSDAR

Floyd chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, part of District VII of the Virginia state society. Organized in 1931. Named for Floyd County and Governor John B. Floyd. Placed courthouse bronze plaques naming 54 Revolutionary War patriots. The chapter serves its community through historic preservation, education, and patriotic work.

How to join
Membership is open to women 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Membership details are on the chapter website.
