Winchester chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, part of District VIII of the Virginia state society. Founded December 2, 1921, by Katherine Glass Greene. More than 200 members, ages 18 to 95. The chapter serves its community through historic preservation, education, and patriotic work.

Schedule: Third Saturday of the month, September through May; locations vary
How to join
Membership is open to women 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Membership details are on the chapter website.
