Freedom Hill Chapter, NSDAR

McLean chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, part of District VIII of the Virginia state society. Organized in 1947. Named for Freedom Hill, site of Fairfax County's first courthouse in 1742. Over 200 members; noted for supporting members under 35. The chapter serves its community through historic preservation, education, and patriotic work.

Schedule: First Saturday of the month (except July and August), 10:00 AM, in McLean
How to join
Membership is open to women 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Membership details are on the chapter website.
