GFWC Floyd County Woman's Club

Woman's club serving Floyd County. Chartered in 1941. Has run the Floyd County Arts and Crafts Festival, a juried regional craft fair on the Floyd County High School campus with 180+ vendors, since taking over its sponsorship in 1983; festival profits fund scholarships, elementary schools, fire/rescue, and the public library. The General Federation of Women's Clubs is a volunteer service organization founded in 1890, and GFWC Virginia federates its clubs across eight districts of the Commonwealth.
How to join
Membership is open to women in the community who share the club's interest in volunteer service. Details are on the club website.
