The resident-elected council for Hillside Court, a Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) public housing community, representing tenants on community needs and activities. Part of the citywide network of RRHA resident councils alongside Creighton, Fairfield, Gilpin, and Mosby Courts.
