Hillsville club of Lions Clubs International, part of Virginia District 24-C. Hosts an annual Health and Safety Fair (covered by the Carroll News) and runs a diabetes-awareness snack drive for school nurses. Members raise funds for sight and hearing care and carry out service projects in their community.
