A citizens association for the Hollin Hall Village neighborhood near Mount Vernon, established in 1943. It organizes community events, follows local traffic and safety concerns, and meets quarterly at the Hollin Hall Senior Center. It belongs to the Mount Vernon Council of Citizens' Associations.

Schedule: Third Tuesday of March, June, September and November at 7:15pm at the Hollin Hall Senior Center, 1500 Shenandoah Road. The November meeting is the annual meeting.
