Ruritan club serving Kempsville in Virginia Beach. Chartered in 1962. Supports Bayside, Kempsville, Salem, and Tallwood high schools; the clubhouse is rented out for small events and has a large kitchen. The club rents its hall out for community use. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
