Spotsylvania council of the Knights of Columbus, known as Bishop John R. Keating Council 12434. Attached to St. Matthew Catholic Church. Supports Special Olympics Virginia through the Polar Plunge fundraiser; recognized as a Star Council for fraternal year 2023–24. Members carry out charitable work, support their parish, and raise funds for community causes.

Schedule: Officers meet the 1st Thursday of the month; the full council meets the 2nd Thursday of the month; both at 7:30 PM at St. Matthew Catholic Church (St. Joseph Parish Center)
