Malvern Civic Association

The civic association for Malvern, in Hampton, representing residents and property owners alike, whether they own their home or rent it. It keeps a public Facebook page and has taken part in National Night Out and neighborhood watch activity with the Hampton Police Division. The city places it in Neighborhood District 4.
