Harrisonburg chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, part of District VI of the Virginia state society. Organized in 1897. Name is Algonquin for Great Lookout Mountain. Early membership included a Real Daughter of a Revolutionary soldier. The chapter serves its community through historic preservation, education, and patriotic work.

Schedule: Second Wednesday of each month, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
How to join
Membership is open to women 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Membership details are on the chapter website.
