McLean Citizens Association

A volunteer, non-partisan civic association that has represented greater McLean since 1914. McLean is unincorporated and has no municipal government of its own, so the association takes positions on zoning, schools and transportation before Fairfax County and the General Assembly on residents' behalf. The Fairfax County Federation of Citizens Associations records that the Dranesville District has no organized district council, and names this association as one of the bodies active there instead.
