Meadows of Dan Ruritan Club

Ruritan club serving Meadows of Dan in Patrick County. Hosts 'Pancake Days' on the 3rd and 4th Sundays of October (7 am–7 pm, all-you-can-eat buttermilk and buckwheat pancakes, sausage, sausage gravy), with proceeds split between the club, the Meadows of Dan Volunteer Fire Department, and Vesta Rescue Squad. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
