Metro Richmond Police Emerald Society

A society uniting Richmond-area law enforcement officers and their supporters around Irish and Celtic heritage, with no requirement of Irish descent to join. It runs its own pipe and drum band, which plays at Celtic festivals, funerals and fundraisers, and it charges dues to its members.
