Middleburg club of Lions Clubs International, part of Virginia District 24-L. Co-hosts the Middleburg Hometown Oktoberfest with the American Legion, with proceeds supporting local needs and veterans. Members raise funds for sight and hearing care and carry out service projects in their community.
