Mineral Volunteer Fire Department

An all-volunteer department chartered in June 1935, the second fire company organized in Louisa County, serving Mineral and the surrounding area as Company 2. Hall hire: the hall seats 180. 750 dollars for a wedding, dance or party, 300 dollars for a three-hour children's party.
