A volunteer-run civic association organized by residents in 1971, representing nearly a thousand households across ten neighborhoods in the Mount Vernon district of Fairfax County. It runs community projects such as cleanups and a neighborhood watch. It belongs to the Mount Vernon Council of Citizens' Associations.

Schedule: General membership meetings in January, March, May and October at 7:30pm at Washington Mill Elementary School.
