Mt. Sidney Ruritan Club

Ruritan club serving Mt. Sidney in Augusta County. In 2025 the club replaced a 30-year-old playground at Mount Sidney Ruritan Park with new equipment, funded by a county grant and community donations; club president at the time was Keith Wampler. In April 2024 the club marked its 85th anniversary jointly with the New Hope and Weyers Cave clubs, all three chartered in 1939. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
