Nathaniel Bacon Chapter, NSDAR

Richmond chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, part of District II of the Virginia state society. Named for Nathaniel Bacon, leader of the 1676 rebellion. Organized in 1924 at a house on the site of Bacon's plantation. The chapter serves its community through historic preservation, education, and patriotic work.

Schedule: First Friday of each month, September through May
How to join
Membership is open to women 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Membership details are on the chapter website.
