A citizens association for the New Alexandria neighborhood in the Belle Haven area of Fairfax County. It meets at the Martha Washington Library and organizes a Fourth of July parade, a Halloween party and a National Night Out gathering each summer. It belongs to the Mount Vernon Council of Citizens' Associations.
