A civic association for Gum Springs, the oldest continuously settled free African American community in Fairfax County. Membership is open to any adult living in the area bounded by Richmond Highway, Sherwood Hall Lane, Holland Road and Little Hunting Creek, and dues are voluntary. It belongs to the Mount Vernon Council of Citizens' Associations.
