New London Ruritan Club

Ruritan club serving New London in Bedford County. Chartered in 1947. Runs family-friendly Saturday-night dances (freestyle, ballroom, line dancing, and Shag) plus weekly dance instruction classes in its two-story hall, which is also available to rent. The club rents its hall out for community use. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
