Northside Civic League

Civic league for the Northside area of Norfolk. Civic leagues are Norfolk's recognized neighborhood organizations, and the city's Department of Neighborhood Services works through them on neighborhood matters.

Schedule: First Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM.
Location: Mary Calcott Elementary School St John Lutheran Church, Norfolk, VA
