Located in Southwest Roanoke, Norwich Neighborhood includes homes along Roanoke Avenue SW and the adjacent side streets. Roanoke's neighborhood organizations and watch groups are recognized by the city's Office of Neighborhood Services, which publishes them as the way to reach each neighborhood.
