Great Falls club of Optimist International, part of the Capital-Virginia District. Organized in 1981. Its Spring Children's Festival is the club's largest annual fundraiser. Runs a Junior Optimist Club for local youth. Members bring out the best in kids through youth programs, contests, and hands-on service.
