Partlow Ruritan Club

Ruritan club serving Partlow in Spotsylvania County. Partners with the Central Rappahannock Regional Library to bring free Wi-Fi, computers, and printing to the Partlow Ruritan Building every Tuesday afternoon. The club rents its hall out for community use. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
