Sperryville club of Lions Clubs International, part of Virginia District 24-L. Operates a Convalescent Loan Closet providing free medical equipment loans to county residents. Members raise funds for sight and hearing care and carry out service projects in their community.

Schedule: 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, social at 6:30 PM, dinner meeting at 7:00 PM, at the Sperryville Fire Hall
