Richmond chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, part of the Virginia Society. Oldest continually active chapter in the Virginia SAR, chartered in 1923. Publishes the award-winning Liberty Gazette newsletter. Members preserve Revolutionary history through grave markings, color guard ceremonies, and youth awards.
How to join
Membership is open to men 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Details are on the website.
