Richmond Vietnamese Association

An association serving the Vietnamese community around Richmond, known in Vietnamese as Hoi Nguoi Viet Richmond. It puts on cultural dances, an annual community and academic awards day for students, and social fundraisers, and is run by volunteer board members rather than paid staff.
