Riverdale Regional Civic Association

The civic association for Hampton's Riverdale area, which takes in Windsor Terrace and Pelican Shores and covers more than a thousand homes near Langley Air Force Base. It holds general membership meetings and is a separate organization from the Riverdale Recreation Association, which runs the community pool. The city places it in Neighborhood District 3.
