Civic association for the Sauer's Gardens neighborhood in Richmond's West End, named for C.F. Sauer Company founder Conrad Frederick Sauer. The board meets monthly and organizes tot-lot and alley cleanups, a neighborhood watch, and quarterly parties for members.
