Seminole Trail Volunteer Fire Department

Station 8, covering the Route 29 corridor north of Charlottesville and answering more than 2,500 calls a year with a roster of ninety to a hundred volunteer and career firefighters. Volunteers staff the house at night, at weekends and on holidays.
