Smithfield club of Lions Clubs International, part of Virginia District 24-I. Received a $10,000 grant from the 2019 Smithfield Wine & Brew Fest (SmithfieldVAEvents.com benefiting-organizations list) and separately runs an annual 'Cruz-In' car show fundraiser in Carrollton, VA. Members raise funds for sight and hearing care and carry out service projects in their community.
