Ruritan club serving South Warren in Warren County. Chartered in 1958. Hosts an annual Mother's Day hanging flower basket sale (sold at Ramsey Hardware in Front Royal) and awards $2,000 scholarships to local students at its annual picnic. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
