Southern Barton Heights Community Association

Civic association serving the Southern Barton Heights section of Richmond's Northside, a neighborhood added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. Holds open monthly community meetings and organizes cleanups, holiday events, and resident advocacy on local issues.
