Spotsylvania chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, part of District IX of the Virginia state society. Organized in 1987. Named for Colonel Alexander Spotswood, lieutenant governor of colonial Virginia. The chapter serves its community through historic preservation, education, and patriotic work.

Schedule: Third Saturday afternoon of each month, September through May
How to join
Membership is open to women 18 and older who can document lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. Membership details are on the chapter website.
